TESTING & ANALYSIS
Zeytin İskelesi olive oils are subject to 42 different analyses in our advanced laboratory before large-scale production begins. Through this, the finest quality product is achieved.


UNIQUE PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
By using innovative technology, we guard against oxygenation of our olive oil during the bottling process. The result: zero deterioration of the oil. Zeytin İskelesi is the first and only brand in Turkey using this special bottling system.


CAREFUL PACKAGING
Our natural olive oils are offered in 1-liter dark-colored glass bottles and in 1, 2 and 5 liter cans. Careful packaging ensures that our olive oils remain pure and fresh until opened, as they are protected against light – the number one enemy of an oil’s freshness.


VARIETIES OFFERED
Zeytin İskelesi is offered in three varieties, including:
   -Extra-Virgin (maximum 0.8% acidity)
   -Organic Extra Virgin (maximum 0.8% acidity)
