WHY OLIVE PIER?
The Olive Pier production facility is one of a select few in Turkey that meets the International Olive Council's rigorous standards for olive oil production and quality.
Olive Pier’s laboratory is one of only 33 worldwide recognized and certified by the International Olive Council (IOC). All olive oil that enters our facility is first put through a rigorous, 48 point, chemical and organoleptic test analysis in our laboratory. Once it passes our demanding inspection the olive oil is stored in climate controlled, stainless steel tanks pressurized with inert gas to eliminate exposure to the enemies of fresh olive oil: heat, light, odor, moisture and air (oxygen.) Finally, our olive oil is filled in recylable dark glass bottles and food grade tins, all pressurised with an inert gas to eliminate exposure to air.

OUR OLIVE OILS
- Olive Pier produces four varieties of olive oil: Virgin, Extra Virgin, Organic Virgin and Organic Extra Virgin.
